To meet the growing demands of our customers’ expanding farming operations and in response to increasingly stringent environmental regulations, our company has developed and produced a complete set of stacked layer chicken cages that perfectly align with the biological needs of poultry flocks, marking the future direction of mechanized poultry farming in our country.
Product Features:
1. The entire equipment cage mesh system utilizes GBQ235 cold-drawn steel wire combined with hot-dip galvanizing technology, or aluminum-magnesium alloy wire processing. All panels are made from zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheets supplied by Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group, conforming to the EU DX51D+Z275 environmental standards, with a minimum zinc coating of 275 g per side on both surfaces. This ensures superior corrosion resistance, minimal rusting, and a service life more than three times longer than that of conventional materials.
2. Framework structure, with a rational product design, high stocking density, small footprint, and a high degree of intensification.
3. It can automatically provide drinking water, feed animals, collect eggs, remove manure, and regulate temperature, significantly reducing labor requirements and boosting productivity.
4. It can effectively save feed, reduce egg breakage rates, and ensure that manure meets the required dryness standards—allowing it to be processed into organic fertilizer. This not only reduces environmental pollution but also enhances economic benefits.
5. Suitable for various types of chicken houses (steel-structure houses, masonry buildings, insulated panel houses, and insulated greenhouse houses), the complete set of equipment adopts a fully enclosed farming model, achieving separation between humans and chickens, significantly improving the chicken house environment, reducing the risk of external disease intrusion, and lowering both morbidity and mortality rates.
6. Strictly adhere to the legislation on minimum standards for laying hens adopted under EU Council Directive 1999/74/EC, ensuring that each hen has a floor area of no less than 450 cm², thereby enhancing chicken comfort and welfare indicators, improving egg quality, and delivering greater economic benefits to farmers.
