FAQ

The entire equipment cage network system utilizes GBQ235 cold-drawn steel wire combined with hot-dip galvanizing technology, or an aluminum‑magnesium alloy wire process. All panels are made from zinc‑aluminum‑magnesium sheets supplied by Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group, meeting stringent environmental standards with a zinc coating of no less than 275 g per square meter on both sides, offering superior corrosion resistance and preventing rust, thereby extending service life by more than three times compared to conventional materials.

Frame‑style structure, with a rational product design, high stocking density, small footprint, and a high degree of intensification.

It can automatically provide drinking water, feed animals, collect eggs, remove manure, and regulate temperature, saving substantial labor and boosting productivity.

It can effectively save feed, reduce egg breakage rates, ensure that manure meets dryness standards, and be used to produce organic fertilizer—thereby not only reducing environmental pollution but also enhancing economic benefits.

Suitable for various types of chicken houses (steel‑frame structures, masonry buildings, insulated panel houses, and insulated greenhouse barns), the complete equipment set employs a fully enclosed farming model that separates humans from chickens, significantly improving the chicken house environment, reducing the risk of external disease intrusion, and lowering both morbidity and mortality rates.

Laying hen equipment is strictly designed in accordance with the minimum standards for laying hens, ensuring that each bird has a floor area of no less than 450 cm². This enhances chicken comfort and welfare, resulting in higher egg quality and greater economic benefits for farmers.

The Poco Animal Husbandry Egg Collection System consists of an egg‑picking main unit (which collects eggs from each layer using an egg‑picking machine), an egg‑picking conveyor belt (which systematically gathers and transports the eggs to the egg‑picking main unit), and a central egg collection line, among other components.

The egg‑picking unit can collect eggs from the egg belts on both sides of each tier in every row of chicken cages, then uniformly convey the eggs to the central egg collection line. The egg‑picking unit is fixed at the head end of each row of chicken cages.
