1. Fully automated temperature control, material feeding, feed delivery, water supply, and manure removal significantly reduce labor intensity and save on labor costs.
2. After years of research and development, the bottom net has been meticulously optimized for use with broiler chicks. The entire cage system prevents chickens from escaping or getting stuck, and is crafted from either GBQ235 cold-drawn steel wire with hot-dip galvanizing or aluminum-magnesium alloy wire, ensuring long-lasting durability.
3. Each cage measures 120*60 cm, forming a stable frame structure that is both sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
4. The third-generation zinc-aluminum-magnesium sheet feeders used by Jiugang Group are equipped with adjustable plates, making it convenient for chicks to feed during the brooding period. When they are young, chicks can feed from beneath the adjustable plates; as they grow older, they can feed from above the plates. This combined design ensures that chicks have free access to feed while preventing any instances of chickens escaping.
5. The cage doors come in two designs: spring‑powered sliding doors and horizontal pull‑open doors, both of which can be securely locked in the open or closed position for easy transfer of chicks in and out, as well as convenient monitoring of disease prevention.
6. Each cage is equipped with two water lines and three drinkers, with the water line height adjustable in sync to meet the drinking needs of chicks at different ages, ensuring that each chicken has access to an adequate amount of water.
7. The large-scale, tiered brooding equipment employs a fully enclosed farming system, separating humans from chickens, which significantly improves the chicken house environment, reduces the risk of external disease intrusion, and lowers both morbidity and mortality rates.
