1. It is manufactured using high‑quality, low‑carbon steel wire drawn cold according to national standard Q235, and undergoes treatments such as electroplating with zinc and hot-dip galvanizing, ensuring long-lasting durability and excellent corrosion resistance.
2. After years of research and development and continuous upgrades, the bottom net is precisely tailored for use during the broiler chick rearing phase, ensuring that the entire cage system prevents chickens from escaping or getting stuck.
3. Each cage measures 195*50*35 cm, featuring three doors, with 12 chickens per door. The three-tier design can accommodate 216 chicks, and the dimensions can be customized upon request.
4. Each layer is equipped with an adjustable feeding board to facilitate feed intake for chicks during the brooding period. In the early stages, chicks feed from beneath the board; as they grow older, they can feed from above the board. This combined design ensures that chicks have free access to feed while preventing any instances of chickens escaping.
5. The cage doors come in two designs: spring‑powered sliding doors and horizontal pull‑out doors, which can be conveniently locked in both the open and closed positions, making it easy to move chicks in and out while facilitating observation and disease prevention.
6. The water line height in each cage can be adjusted simultaneously to meet the drinking needs of chicks at different ages, ensuring that every chicken receives an adequate amount of water.
7. The equipment has a low cost and is relatively economical and affordable.
