Feed can be directly connected to the feed lines via the feed tower and evenly conveyed to the feed troughs at each cage. All traveling feed distributors are equipped with a feed mixer and a return feeder, ensuring uniform feed distribution and consistent feed intake across the flock, resulting in high body weight uniformity. The unique feed mixer design thoroughly blends leftover feed from the previous cycle with newly delivered feed, preventing old feed from accumulating over time. Plastic blocks are installed at the contact points between the feed mixer and the feed troughs, while rollers are fitted at the junctions between the feed bin and the feed troughs to eliminate direct contact, reduce friction, and minimize wear on the zinc coating of the trough surfaces.
