The egg collection system comprises three main components: an indoor egg‑picking main unit, a central egg‑collection conveyor line, and egg sorting (grading) equipment. Eggs are smoothly conveyed via the egg‑collection belt to the egg‑picking main unit at the front of the chicken house, then either manually loaded onto trolleys or routed through the central egg‑collection conveyor line to the egg storage facility for manual loading onto trolleys. Alternatively, the system can be connected to egg sorting (grading) equipment, significantly reducing labor costs, lowering labor intensity, and improving work efficiency.
